Description:
-
To manage the Medical Information function
ensuring that it is structured and resourced
to meet the needs of internal and external
customers by providing rapid and accurate
technical responses.
- Evaluate
and introduce industry leading technologies
and standards such that organization has
a competitive advantage in customer service
in the medical information area.
- Address
CME’s on Immunization Practices
and Awareness.
- Contributes
to the compilation and optimal use of
data for competitive product differentiation.
- Act
as a Product and therapy expert and provide
input to the Marketing and Sales strategy.
- Setup
Pharmacovigilance systems and also suggest,
review and approve local clinical trials.
- To
fully support cross-functional teams working
across the Medical, Regulatory Affairs
Department and the business.
- Training
of Product Management and Sales Teams
- Monitor
performance of subordinates and identify
areas of development, implementing plans
for the same.
- Provide
inputs on career planning and succession
paths for subordinates.
