Manager, Medico-Marketing

Location: Hyderabad

Requirements:
MD/ MBBS with 8-10 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare industry. Good knowledge of Pharmacovigilance, and Phase IV Clinical trials
Experienced in addressing Doctors in CME’s, symposiums etc.
Good communication skills is a must. Pediatrics/Immunology specialization or work experience and added advantage.

Job Description:

  • To manage the Medical Information function ensuring that it is structured and resourced to meet the needs of internal and external customers by providing rapid and accurate technical responses.
  • Evaluate and introduce industry leading technologies and standards such that organization has a competitive advantage in customer service in the medical information area.
  • Address CME’s on Immunization Practices and Awareness.
  • Contributes to the compilation and optimal use of data for competitive product differentiation.
  • Act as a Product and therapy expert and provide input to the Marketing and Sales strategy.
  • Setup Pharmacovigilance systems and also suggest, review and approve local clinical trials.
  • To fully support cross-functional teams working across the Medical, Regulatory Affairs Department and the business.
  • Training of Product Management and Sales Teams
  • Monitor performance of subordinates and identify areas of development, implementing plans for the same.
  • Provide inputs on career planning and succession paths for subordinates.

Regional Sales Manager

Location: West & East in India

Requirements:
MBA with 5-10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Vaccines selling experience would be desirable. Should have sold/ established brands involving concept selling and implementing customer satisfaction/ service programs. Should have good territorial knowledge. Good communication skills is a must.

Job Descriptions:

  • Plans, organizes and implements sales programs for the region.
  • Plans and is responsible for achieving sales objectives in the region.
  • Trains, develops, and mentors sales representatives or distributors for the region.
  • Coordinates budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Oversees handling or may handle key accounts.
  • Ensures market development of the assigned region in terms of customer awareness, reach and availability of vaccines.
  • Sources and selects dealers and other distributors. Sometimes has responsibility for warehousing or other distribution facilities.
  • Monitor performance of subordinates and identify areas of development, implementing plans for the same.
  • Provide inputs on career planning and succession paths for subordinates.

MBA with 0-2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Vaccines sales experience is desirable Should have sold/ established brands involving concept selling and implementing customer satisfaction/ service programs in the concerned territory. Should have good territorial knowledge. Good communication skills is a must.

Job Description:

  • Conducts sales calls, schedules promotional work and track sales activities on large key accounts and territories.
  • Organizes CME & Customer Awareness programs in the assigned territories.
  • Quotes prices, prepares proposals and provides information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
  • Develop new business within assigned region or territory.
  • Compiles data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and reports to management.
